How to bid

Use the website to explore the items by day of auction or by category. Search for whatever you are looking for. Watch the auction on TVCOGECO and when the right time comes up call in your bids at 905-704-0832.

Bids for item numbers 001 - 520 will be accepted only during the 15 minute time periods allotted that item as shown in this web site.

To bid on major items (items numbers 801 - 878), please refer to times indicated on this web site.

BIDS MUST BE IN INCREMENTS OF $5.00.

In order for you to know if your bid is on the bid board the operator will give you your letter (eg. A, B, C, etc.). If your letter is not on the bid board, then your bid is not the highest. Please bid again.

Please give the auction operator your name, phone number, item number you are bidding on and the amount of your bid. You may bid on more than one item.

Watch for your bid and operator letter under the item number on the bid board on TVCOGECO.

Successful bidders will be contacted immediately after the bidding segment. Items not confirmed go to the next highest bidder so stay close to your phone on Friday night between 5pm and 12:30am and Saturday night between 4pm and 11:30pm. Winning bids are generally confirmed within one hour of bid closing of that item.

You can pick up your item at GILLESPIE PONTIAC BUICK CADILLAC LTD (across from Niagara Regional Police Headquarters, see below). All items must be picked up between 12pm and 3pm on Saturday December 6th and/or 12 pm and 5pm Sunday December 7th.
